Glaiza is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in business management, executive support, and healthcare. She has extensive experience as a Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO, where she played a vital role in enhancing business operations. Her ability to lead teams, streamline administrative processes, and adhere compliance with company policies highlights her organizational expertise and strategic mindset.


In addition to these experiences, Glaiza holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She has worked with patients recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and other neurological disorders, with a focus on restoring movement, improving communication, and enhancing their overall quality of life. During her internship and volunteer work, she also supported special education (SPED) patients and children with delayed neurological development, providing personalized therapy to improve their motor skills, communication, and well-being.


With a unique combination of business acumen and medical expertise, Glaiza offers a well-rounded perspective in any professional setting. Her flexibility and talent for bridging the gap between healthcare and business operations were key factors in her securing the role of Client Service Administrator at Total Communication.


Outside of work, Glai’s most important role as a mother continues. She deeply values the quality time spent with her family and believes that every waking moment is a precious blessing from God.
